Childbirth Classes
Planning for a beautiful event
Accelerated Birth Class. This series of four, 3 hour
classes is designed to teach prepared childbirth at an accelerated
pace. Each class is a complete class is itself or can be taken
as part of the 4 week series or individually as you desire.
Class #1 - Labor and Birth
Class #2 - Breathing and Relaxation
Class #3 - Hospital Procedures, C-Section
Class #4 - More Breathing and Relaxation Practice, After Baby

Baby Care Basics. This 3 hour demonstration class is
designed to provide the pregnant, adoptive, or new parent with
the basic skills of caring for a newborn - bathing, clothing,
diapering, etc..
